A deep green matcha-flavored soufflé dough wrapped around matcha cream. The sponge is made to have a light, melting texture typical of soufflés. The cream uses Uji matcha, balancing sweetness and bitterness for an elegant flavor.
Decorated with chocolate ice cream, chocolate sauce, chocolate chips, and whipped cream on top of a chocolate latte!! It's a rich float. The gold dust is gorgeous!!
