The rich seafood and pork bone broth is smooth and flavorful, perfectly coating the chewy medium-thick noodles. The chashu is tender with a good balance of flavors, harmonizing very well with the soup. The menu is extensive, offering options like dipping noodles, soy sauce ramen, Yokohama-style ramen, mixed noodles, niboshi (dried sardine) ramen, and shamo (gamecock) ramen, allowing you to choose according to your preferences.
