The Sichuan-style tofu dish served in a hot clay pot has a melting texture, and the numbing sensation from the Sichuan pepper is addictive. The hot pot, enjoyed with a white and red medicinal soup, is filled with plenty of vegetables and meat, warming me to the core. Additionally, the selection of sake is rich, making the time spent trying combinations with the dishes very enjoyable.
