If you want to enjoy seafood around Kanazawa Station, this is definitely a place where you can be satisfied. The Kaga crab, in particular, is exquisite, with a rich sweetness and umami that is truly felt, making it worth visiting. The fried Hatahata is also very fragrant, light enough to eat the bones, and pairs excellently with alcohol. Additionally, sushi can be ordered one piece at a time, and the size of the rice can be adjusted, which is appealing as you can enjoy various types little by little. The price range is somewhat high, but the quality of the food and service is correspondingly high, making it an overall very satisfying restaurant. I recommend it for those who want to eat really delicious fish in Kanazawa.

I ordered the pasta lunch. The appetizer was really nice and super delicious. My friend told me to definitely try the appetizer, and I thought, ah, this is it! I was convinced. All the other menu items also looked delicious, so I want to go again.
I had a lunch kaiseki for 6,500 yen including tax.
Since I had a reservation, I was able to relax and talk in a semi-private room.
From drinks to fresh sashimi, grilled fish, hitsumabushi, and dessert, it was a satisfying course.
