This is my first visit. It is a recommended restaurant by the Costco staff. So I really wanted to go to this place. I finally found a friend who could go with me. I had craft beer and a limited lunch. Every dish paired well with the beer and I had a very delicious and enjoyable time. I will come again.
I made a reservation for the 'Fuku' lunch course. The chef and the proprietress? are running the place together, and there is enough space between the tables and the other customers, making it a comfortable environment. The course included an appetizer, a mixed platter of hors d'oeuvres, tempura, soba noodles, and a dessert platter.
Everything was creative, with a blend of traditional Japanese and Western elements, and it was delicious. They also prepared a birthday plate for me, making it a very nice experience!
I went last year as well, and the eel was just as delicious! There was no unpleasant smell, and the meat was flaky, so I recommend it. The dessert (maybe brown sugar pudding?) also comes with it, so the satisfaction level is high! When making a reservation online, if you plan to use the parking lot, it's smooth if you include that in the notes. Also, the parking lot is not very large, so it might be difficult to park big cars, so just be careful about that. The restaurant has a very calm atmosphere, so it might be good for those who want to spend time slowly! I would like to go again next year if the timing works out! *Please forgive me for being bad at taking pictures.
