The cold noodles offer a unique spiciness and umami that create a perfect balance, providing a flavor that cannot be found elsewhere. Additionally, the grilled meat platter uses high-quality cuts, with excellent trimming of fat. It's a famous establishment in Beppu where you can fully enjoy authentic flavors.
The restaurant itself felt seasoned, but the sashimi platter was too exquisite. It was the highest level I've ever eaten. The prices are also affordable, which is reassuring. Those who are not fond of the Showa era might find it difficult, as the restaurant itself has a Showa vibe.
