From the spacious interior, I could see the well-maintained garden and the sea beyond, allowing me to leisurely enjoy an extraordinary view. The courses featured ingredients delivered from various regions, with a variety of combinations such as beet appetizers and corn mousse appearing one after another. The confit of sweetfish and the roast Imari beef were cooked to perfection, leaving me impressed by the moist texture and aroma. Each dish was beautifully plated, and I was delighted to experience the seasons through both sight and taste. The attentive and friendly service was also pleasant, allowing me to enjoy a relaxed and happy dining experience.
