You can casually enjoy it in a standing drinking style. The staff's cheerful response is pleasant, and you can feel satisfied even in a short time. The liver paste is fragrant and rich in flavor, making it an essential dish. The grilled pork belly and shiro (pork intestines), as well as shimachou (pork diaphragm), highlight the deliciousness of the fat, while the cartilage and gatsu-shin (pork stomach) provide a delightful texture. The cabbage served immediately is just right for a palate cleanser, and the changing creative skewers keep things interesting. Cheers with a mega-sized highball or Hoppy, or on the rocks with sweet potato shochu, and there are new discoveries every time you stop by.
