This is a unique establishment where you can enjoy 100% buckwheat soba during the soba serving hours, and there is karaoke during bar hours. The interior features snack-style sofa seating, allowing you to relax and savor the soba. The buckwheat flour is stone-ground from Azumino, and the homemade noodles have a smooth texture that is pleasant to the palate. The aroma is subtle, but the firm chewiness unique to 100% buckwheat soba was satisfying. The mushroom soba is loaded with ingredients, including thick shiitake mushrooms, nameko, maitake, and enoki. The staff is cheerful, and during the soba hours, it is easy to enter even alone, making it a comfortable place to be.
