A rare sake from Shinkame Brewery in Saitama Prefecture, this is a junmai ginjo aged sake brewed in 1994. It has a deep matured flavor and a glossy smoothness that is impressive. Despite being an aged sake, it does not become overly sweet, maintaining the firm character unique to Gohyakumangoku rice. When warmed to over 40 degrees, it reveals a refreshing acidity that offers a different taste experience.
