Mont Blanc only now! Let's go to Chemonte Bello after a long time! When I go to Kitashinchi, it's usually when I have dinner plans. Then I don't have time to eat cake! After dinner, the stores are closed. I don't have any plans for the day! Let's just eat and go home! The time is past 6:00 p.m. Not much variety in the showcase! It's not a bad thing at this time of the day. I quickly decided what to order! Mont Blanc, which you can find at many cake shops this time of year! I wanted to try this one once! I told the waitress that I wanted to eat in, so I chose a cake and a drink. I asked for an iced tea drink and paid the bill! The items will be brought to you after you wait. Seating is available inside and outside the restaurant. It's a little chilly, but let's eat outside where there is a lot of greenery! Soft and fluffy Mont Blanc with cream on top! This is not sweet and easy to eat! The Mont Blanc cream has a gentle chestnut flavor and is not too rough. Inside, there are crushed marrons glaces, which are crispy and crunchy. The base is more like a hard cookie than a tart. The crunchy texture is good! The iced tea is also made to order, I guess! It was delicious, with a nice aroma and just the right splash of flavor! I mean, this glass is wonderful! It's a weird shape, but it's soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo cool! Chef Hashimoto is from here. He came back for a year and is now making it! I think it will become even more delicious. Reservations for Christmas cakes have also begun! If you are interested, please visit our website. I was not aware of the deliciousness of this place when it was located in Kishibe. Now it's so delicious that it's turned into my favorite restaurant! My old impressions have been dispelled. We all had a pleasant dinner at HILLMAN. One of the members had a birthday in this month. We celebrated by having Hillman's bring in a cake. We wanted a delicious cake anyway! Yes, that's right! If it's in Shinchi, why not there? So we decided on this place, which had moved from Kishibe in Suita! One of the members of the group also lives near his office. One of our members is located near the company, so he took care of everything from the meeting to the purchase! Thank you very much! The entremet we ordered was a peach cake called "Vif"! It was filled with peaches that are in season - they were sweet and ripe and so delicious! Inside is a peach mousse with lots of champagne! Beautifully scattered raspberries and white chocolate on top! Not too sweet, well-balanced, with a hint of alcohol, this is a cake for adults! Even people who don't like sweets said it was delicious! Before the move, I had the impression that it wasn't really my cup of tea. But now it's so much better! There is a long line at Sucre, but I hear that you can buy at Quemonte Bello smoothly! Let's go to the café next time! I'd like to score then~!
