As soon as you enter, there is a thick fried tofu served with a simmered dish, and it has a gentle flavor that makes me happy. The meat menu is abundant, and everything is more delicious than expected. The wagyu ribeye steak has a melting texture and is full of juice, with the cooking done to perfection. The offal hot pot is enjoyable with the different textures of each cut, and the rich broth is addictive. The roast beef sushi pairs well with the vinegared rice, and the balance of the condiments is good. Mixing an egg with the kishimen noodles at the end is also the best, leaving you satisfied until the very end.
