The jelly fry has a thin, crispy exterior, and the inside, made of soy pulp and vegetables, blends together beautifully, which was very impressive. The mild special sauce seeps in, and the umami spreads more and more. The vegetable tempura was not greasy at all, and the sweetness of the ingredients was clearly conveyed, which was surprising. The ginger pork had thick slices of pork and plenty of onions that paired perfectly, making it very satisfying to eat. The interior of the restaurant was spaciously designed, creating an atmosphere where families could enjoy their meals in a relaxed manner. Even the matcha cake served after the meal was carefully made, leaving me completely satisfied until the end.
