With dainty sweets & savories & even a choice of French toast, HOUSEMADE's classic afternoon tea is a hearty treat." Using special fresh pasta made by 'Awaji Noodle Industry', which has been dedicated to noodle making for over 110 years, we utilize a handmade method. Fresh pasta, which requires careful temperature and humidity control, is meticulously crafted on Awaji Island, which has a climate similar to the Mediterranean, resulting in a texture that is smooth like silk and surprisingly chewy. It is made with salt from Ako in Hyogo Prefecture, pure water, carefully selected eggs, and only the center of durum wheat, creating 'safe and luxurious noodles'. Please enjoy the ultimate texture 'Mochirini', which you can distinguish from dried noodles with just one bite.
