In a small shop renovated from a quiet house in the village, warmth spreads like a mountain lodge as you take off your shoes after climbing the stairs. Since there are only a few seats, it's reassuring to contact them in advance. The lunch, centered around freshly harvested vegetables from the fields, was moving as the sweetness of the ingredients gently came through. The fragrant croquettes and colorful side dishes were served in small portions, allowing us to enjoy a variety of flavors. Although photography is not allowed, the wood stove and simple dishes further enhanced the meal. We concluded with chewy banana muffins, spending a comforting time until the very end.
