The owner is calm, and the staff is friendly, creating a pleasant atmosphere from the moment you enter. The broth of the first dish served was wonderful, which raised my expectations significantly. There are many creative dishes with a twist, and the combination of karasumi mochi and dried figs with cream cheese is particularly unforgettable in its deliciousness. The grilled eel is thick and fluffy, and the sea urchin rice, tender octopus stew, and tempura are all highly satisfying. The seafood selection includes conger eel, red snapper, and yellowtail, and the enjoyable grilled and shabu-shabu options are also delightful. It's easily accessible, just a short walk from the station, and I appreciate being able to relax at the counter.
