This is a specialty store for seaweed bento, and you can enjoy it as takeout. The rice is sandwiched between layers of seaweed, and when you pour the attached soy sauce, the aroma spreads delightfully. The fried white fish has a light batter and a fluffy texture, and it pairs perfectly with tartar sauce. You can also enjoy the fried chikuwa with aori nori flavor and the fragrant kinpira with sesame. The creamy egg and the grilled chicken with miso sauce are also very satisfying. The overall harmony is good, and I think it's just right for enjoying slowly at home.

The seaweed overlaps the rice, making each bite enjoyable. The rice with barley has a nice pop texture, which is very good. When paired with tartar sauce, the white fish fry is a perfect match and delightful. The miso-grilled chicken thigh, grilled chikuwa, kinpira, and boiled eggs each have a carefully crafted flavor. When you add the accompanying soy sauce, the seaweed and rice are further enhanced. Even after some time, it remains delicious, and the flavor of nozawana adds a nice accent.
