Teuchi Soba Tempura Umesan

We take pride in our handmade soba and freshly fried tempura. The soba is made using traditional varieties from Fukui, characterized by its delicate flavor created from flour ground with a stone mill. The tempura is made with seasonal ingredients and served hot. By enjoying it with salt or wasabi salt, the umami of the ingredients is enhanced.

Opened on May 21, 2024, in Sendai City. This is a new restaurant started by the owner of a soba shop that previously operated in Aoba Ward, Kokubuncho, continuing the traditional taste while taking on new challenges. Utilizing years of experience, it offers flavors rooted in the local community.

This chef has experience running a soba restaurant that was featured in the Michelin Guide in Kokubuncho, Aoba Ward. While valuing tradition, they continue to pursue new flavors. They strive daily to ensure customer satisfaction and are always aiming for evolution.
