Sitting at the table in front of the grill, I feel excited as I watch the food being carefully steamed and grilled right in front of me. The cooked dough is tall and fluffy, and the sweetness of the vegetables is greatly enhanced. The noodles are parboiled and then grilled to a fragrant crispness, creating an irresistible texture. It's fun to combine ingredients like squid tempura and rice to create my own unique dish. The warm hospitality from the two people who seem to be a parent and child creates a comforting atmosphere in the restaurant. I believe this place, which has both delicious food and a cozy ambiance, is understandable for the many local regulars who frequent it.
