They cook it slowly in front of the iron plate, making the waiting time exciting. The interior has white walls and a wooden counter that feels pleasant, clean, and calming. The sweetness of the cabbage spreads gently, and the dough has a chewy texture. The fragrant sauce combined with the umami of the vegetables creates a deliciousness that makes it hard to stop eating. They use boiled fresh noodles for the soba, and it is beautifully presented. The staff is friendly, and I was able to enjoy my time comfortably even after the meal.
