The interior is clean and has a variety of seating options including counters, tables, and tatami areas, making it easy to use. The soft lighting creates a relaxed atmosphere, making it easy to enter even alone. The small dish that comes out first has a careful flavor, and the umami of the vegetables is clearly felt. The fu-champuru is plentiful, with a well-balanced broth that makes it hard to stop eating. The stir-fried bitter melon and the somen champuru also have a good balance of flavors, allowing you to fully experience the essence of Okinawa. While quietly savoring awamori, natural conversations arise with regulars, making it a very comfortable place.
