The steak can be enjoyed with salt, wasabi soy sauce, or special sauce condiments, and the meat is extremely tender, and the flavor of the meat itself alone is at a good enough level, making it an overpriced quality. The fresh wakame seaweed in the salad is thick and has a delicious crunchy texture, and the soup contains an object with a strange texture, which I was told was an egg, but I was impressed by the texture, which I had never experienced before. I always look for restaurants on Gurunavi and visit the ones I am interested in. I appreciate the fact that they have a wide variety of Japanese creative dishes and are not all Japanese. Since the restaurant is located in Shonai and in front of the station, there is a wide range of customers from regulars to first-time customers.
