Thinking back, we've come a long way. Marudon no kuishinbo banzai @ Shiga Hira Sanso. Winter feast, bear's hands and moon pot ☺️. The best soup is made from the best soup 💓. Vinegared miso goes well with it. It was snowing outside, but the nabe warmed my body and soul. The souvenir was a bear's claw. It is said that if you put it in your wallet, you can save money. I'll believe it when I win the lottery. Dishes that remind me of the season. I am also interested in ayu fish and hanasansho (sweetfish) 🥰 I want to visit this place every season 😊. Yesterday at Hira Sanso. We came here to enjoy a matsutake mushroom dish, but this year's crop of matsutake mushrooms was poor. We were disappointed that the matsutake mushrooms did not grow to their full potential💦. Still, we enjoyed the last of the year's sweetfish and other mountain side dishes in the newer room with a view of the garden 😊. Next stop is the bear in winter 😃.
