Sanjōbō is a udon specialty shop located in Viera Nara, near JR Nara Station. The udon, made from 100% domestic wheat flour, has a firm texture and is exquisite whether served as bukkake or in broth. The fresh noodles made in-house and the famous Great Buddha Udon are particularly popular.
