Upon entering, you can relax in a Japanese space with a black theme. The katsudon has thick meat that is just the right softness, and the sauce is perfectly balanced. The texture of the batter is pleasant, and the dashi and egg blend well, making the rice go down easily. The soba is thin with a nice chewiness, and you can enjoy its aroma. The udon is also smooth and delicious. Ordering it as a set provides a sense of satisfaction, and I'm also curious about the cold soba.
