However, it may take some time to find the entrance as the cafe is located in the basement. When you go up the stairs, you will see a spacious space that looks like an old type of wedding hall. There is an instrument like an organ or a piano, and it looks as if a player is about to arrive. It has an atmosphere like the last episode of "A Dog of Flanders" (I really thought so). I have always been curious about "Kojo," a pure coffee shop in Higashi-Ueno. As you go downstairs from the entrance, you will find a space that will make you feel as if you have time-traveled back to the Showa period. The large stained glass windows are also impressive. The banana parfait with melon soda made me feel like I was having a luxurious cream soda.
