From South India/Tamil Nadu, coming from a family with a long history in the food and beverage industry since my grandfather's generation. I spent my university years in the Chettinad region and went to Japan for further studies after graduation. I learned Japanese and, after working at the Indian Embassy and Japanese companies, I started a company for imports. I mainly import spices, beans, rice, vegetables, etc. from India every week. To provide dishes using safe, secure, and additive-free spices that I import myself, I started ROUTE CURRY.
