■Simple but spicy! A deliciously spicy curry shop selected as one of the top 100 restaurants in Japan! Shiragintei Honmachi station 5 minutes walk from Honmachi Station. A famous restaurant selected as one of the 100 best curry restaurants in the food log. Nearby is Botani Curry, another famous restaurant. I heard it was crowded, so I timed my visit and visited around 1:00 p.m. Even so, there were about 7 or 8 people in line. Even so, there were about 7 or 8 people in line, and it took about 30 minutes to enter the restaurant. The restaurant has 16 seats, all at the counter. Two waitstaff were working, and they seemed to be quite busy. The restaurant's specialty is "spicy curry. The most recommended curry is Tonkatsu Curry. This time, I had another chance to eat there later, so I left it out of my choice. Menu ♦Cheese Curry Raw egg topping Simple and beautiful curry. Taste, At first, there is a sweetness with a sense of fruit ripeness, and then the flavor comes in later. Regarding the spiciness The spiciness comes slowly with the umami. So, it is spicy in the end! It is spicy! It is interesting because it is a pattern of taste quality that I have never had before. I can see why it is so addictive. The raw egg on top gives it a mildness that you can feel when you get used to eating it. The counter seats are small and you bump into the people beside you. But even so, the taste is worth it.
