A vegetable sommelier carefully selects seasonal vegetables as the centerpiece, and only course meals combining seafood, meat, and herbs are offered. The style is characterized by concentrating aroma, complex layered flavors, and texture into a single dish without being bound to the original form of the ingredients. A playful composition that incorporates ethnic elements into French cuisine, and an approach that avoids wasting ingredients, also breathe life into the courses.

The interior of the single-house restaurant on the south side of Utsubo Park is a tranquil space where pure white tablecloths and delicate light harmonize quietly. Its compact scale, with only 12 table seats, creates a relaxed flow of time. The hidden, secluded atmosphere, cut off from the bustle of the main street, has kept it a favored choice for meals on special occasions.

Opened on July 12, 2013, in Utsubohonmachi, Osaka. While maintaining a consistent style of course-only dining with daily-changing menus based on the season and available ingredients, it earned one Michelin star. It was also consecutively selected for Tabelog French WEST Top 100 in 2021, 2023, and 2025, and has received high praise from gourmets at home and abroad as one of Osaka's representative French restaurants.

Chef Fujimoto was born in Osaka Prefecture in 1983. Influenced by his father, he entered the food and beverage world and, after refining his skills in 2012, opened this restaurant in 2013. Valuing seasonal ingredients and combinations of aroma and complex flavors, he creates innovative dishes that go beyond the boundaries of French cuisine and is also known for a sincere commitment to the SDGs, making full use of ingredients without waste.
