The finely made soba is rich in flavor, and I first enjoyed it as is, finding it aromatic and delicious. The squid tempura in the dipping sauce was freshly fried, surprisingly tender, and paired excellently with the thicker sauce. The refreshing yuzu added a nice accent, allowing me to enjoy it without getting bored until the end. The soba broth was also of a good thickness, and drinking it straight made me feel very happy.

The soba here can truly be described as exquisite. In particular, the tsuji soba has the best texture with the finely shredded daikon, and you can enjoy that harmony. The flavor unique to handmade soba is further enhanced when tasted without dipping sauce. One of the pleasures is watching the cooking scene from across the counter, and I felt the joy of eating freshly boiled soba. The atmosphere of the shop is also nice, and the efficient movements of the staff were impressive. This is a place where you can be truly satisfied with the deliciousness of soba.
