In a calm atmosphere remodeled from an old folk house, you can enjoy freshly fried dishes while gazing at the garden. The seasonal vegetables and seafood fritters that were served first had a light batter, allowing the flavors of the ingredients to shine through. Next came the pork cutlets, including tenderloin, loin, shoulder loin, and rib loin, each with different textures and sweetness, providing a delightful surprise with every bite. A variety of condiments such as rock salt, wasabi, and sauces are available, and every time you try a new combination, you discover a new deliciousness. The miso soup, made with dashi right in front of you, and the rice, freshly milled and cooked in a pot, further enhance the flavor of the pork cutlet. The cheerful conversation with the owner and the honest service, which even included a complimentary sweet treat, left me feeling satisfied until the very end.
