This is a locally rooted sushi restaurant that has been around since the early Showa era. The interior space is small, but it's a takeout style, so you can stop by casually. The specialty box sushi features mackerel and eel, which pair excellently with the light vinegared rice. The eel, coated in a rich sauce, enhances the flavor and melts in your mouth. The chirashi sushi mixed with green seaweed also spreads the scent of the sea, and the ingredients like tuna were vibrant. You can feel the careful craftsmanship in the pressed sushi and thick rolls bought at the morning market, and by the time I finished eating, I felt a sense of happiness.
