Pizzeria da Haru opened for business on October 19, 2019. It began with the desire to establish a pizza culture in the residential Hokuyo area, and has continued to operate with the goal of attracting not only local residents but also airport passengers. The restaurant has been gaining support by introducing a wood-fired oven and other authentic features of its cuisine.

The owner, Mr. Nagaki, trained in Tokyo before returning to his hometown of Chitose City and opening a restaurant in the Hokuyo area in October 2019. Offering authentic Neapolitan pizza with an emphasis on kettle-baking, the restaurant has become a favorite of local residents.
