The spacious and clean interior allows for a relaxed experience. Orders are placed via a tablet, and a cute robot delivers them to your table, which is exciting. The udon is freshly made and boiled, with a smooth surface and a firm texture that is appealing. The freshly fried tempura is crispy and retains the flavor of the ingredients, and I was particularly surprised by the light sweetness of the apple tempura. While waiting, you can enjoy a welcome drink and a snack of dried sardines, so you won't get bored. After the meal, receiving a token for the UFO catcher to play with is a delightful touch unique to this restaurant.
