The atmosphere is new and clean, allowing for a relaxed experience. The space centered around the counter is nice for quietly facing the dishes. The aroma of the dashi is pleasant, and while it is mellow, the flavor is distinct. The fish with the scent of straw and the seasonal hassun were wonderfully balanced and fragrant. I particularly enjoyed the smoothness of the shirako and the chewy texture of the freshly made warabi mochi. The service is calm, and throughout, you can enjoy your meal comfortably.
