As you enter through the magnificent traditional Japanese building and the spacious garden, the atmosphere is very pleasant. Inside, there are tables arranged in the tatami room, with seats surrounding a hearth and window-side seats, all of which are calming. The wooden construction is splendid, and from the pleasant texture and the presence of the stairs, you can feel the old craftsmanship alive. The soba noodles are available both cold and hot, and the flat noodles have a firm texture that makes them easy to eat. They are served in bamboo bowls and tall dishes, making the presentation enjoyable, and the handmade chopstick wrappers are cute. When combined with toppings like grated yam and quail eggs, the flavors blend together, providing satisfaction until the very end.
