The interior has a calm Japanese atmosphere, allowing for a quiet and relaxing experience. The crispy tempura features shrimp, anago (conger eel), and seasonal vegetables beautifully arranged, with a slightly sweet sauce that enhances the flavors of the ingredients. Since local produce is used, each bite feels fresh. The sashimi platter, particularly the tuna and squid, is rich in flavor and pairs excellently with sake. The fragrant grilled eel and the crunchy liver soup, along with three types of pickles, are all carefully prepared, making for an enjoyable experience until the end. It is a wonderful restaurant where you can fully enjoy a variety of dishes while spending a peaceful time.
