The interior has a calm atmosphere where you can gently feel the aroma of soba. The homemade soba, ground with a stone mill, is rich in fragrance and has a nice elasticity, providing a great sense of satisfaction. The texture is smooth, and it glides down the throat pleasantly. The zaru (soba served on a bamboo tray) comes with fresh wasabi, and it's fun to grate it yourself using a shark skin tool. The tempura is plentiful, and each piece is substantial. While sipping soba tea, I was able to fully enjoy the aroma and smooth texture.
