At the dining hall attached to the hot spring facility, you can stop by right after your bath. You can quickly place an order at the ticket vending machine, and the waiting time progresses without stress. The hand-made soba made from local buckwheat has a strong aroma and a pleasant texture. Not only can you enjoy it with dipping sauce, but tasting it with soba salt enhances its roasted flavor. The tempura is also delicious and can be enjoyed alongside the soba. Finally, you can relax with soba water, leaving you feeling satisfied.
