The spring water used for brewing has a gentle taste, making it pleasant to drink. The sake has a fruity aroma and is slightly sweet, with a refreshing aftertaste that pairs well with food. There are many types available for tasting, allowing you to enjoy a variety in small amounts. There is also non-alcoholic sweet sake available, and the one made from Koshihikari brown rice from the foot of Mount Myoko has a satisfying texture of barley.
