This is a sake brewery located in a tranquil area among the mountains, where you can feel the charm of the old days. The thatched building is impressive, allowing you to experience history up close. The spring water used for brewing has a gentle taste, making it pleasant to drink. The sake has a fruity aroma and is slightly sweet, with a refreshing aftertaste that pairs well with food. There are many types available for tasting, allowing you to enjoy a variety in small amounts. There is also non-alcoholic sweet sake available, and the one made from Koshihikari brown rice from the foot of Mount Myoko has a satisfying texture of barley.
