The interior of the traditional-style house is spacious, and when you sit at the counter, you can see the skilled work of the cool chef up close. First, the homemade pickled vegetables and the gentle-tasting miso soup are served, and you can have as much as you want, which really lifts your spirits. On this day, I chose a bowl with crispy breaded cutlet and fluffy eggs, and the dipping sauce unique to soba restaurants soaked in perfectly, making it the best. The thinly cut 100% buckwheat soba that appeared at the end was glossy and fragrant, and I was impressed by its lightness as it smoothly went down my throat. There is a wide variety of tataki and seafood dishes that pair well with sake, which made me keep reaching for more. The carefully prepared dishes keep coming one after another, creating a comfort that makes you want to sit there forever.
