While walking through Yokohama Chinatown, I was drawn in by a nice aroma. The golden chimaki on the sign is filled with plenty of ingredients, and as soon as you open it, steam and a wonderful fragrance spread out. It contains braised pork, shiitake mushrooms, dried shrimp, peanuts, and salted egg yolk, making each bite enjoyable. The glutinous rice is moist, and the spices are just right, leaving a lingering taste. The size is substantial, providing a sense of satisfaction. It's also convenient to eat quickly on the round stools in front of the shop, and enjoying it while walking on a nearby bench feels great.
