The counter, located just a short walk from Kitashinchi Station, has about ten seats, and the large display of Ebessan and knives in the store catches the eye. The sushi prepared by the chef features luxurious ingredients like medium fatty tuna, red snapper, and sea urchin, all served in generous portions, with meticulous touches such as mixing shredded eel into the rice. Between the sushi, chawanmushi (savory egg custard) and tempura are served at just the right timing, allowing for a pleasant rhythm of enjoyment. When it comes to sake, simply indicating whether you prefer dry or sweet will prompt them to quickly select a bottle that suits your taste, and with a wide variety available, you’ll find yourself enjoying more cups. The staff is friendly and accommodating, creating opportunities for photo time and providing clear explanations for each dish, ensuring a comfortable dining experience throughout. From start to finish, including the bite-sized inari sushi handed to you on your way out, this is a wonderful place that keeps the excitement going.
