The interior is neat and the counter is spacious, allowing for a relaxed experience. You can see the hand-made process near the entrance, which made the wait exciting. The chewy cold noodles slide down smoothly and fill you up more than you would expect. The grilled meat bowl soaked in a sweet and spicy sauce and the crispy tempura bowl are delicious and make you want to keep eating the rice. The homemade pickles and chilled tofu have a careful flavor, making them perfect as a palate cleanser. I was able to slowly savor the coffee served after the meal, making for a very satisfying moment.
