The charm of this sushi restaurant is that you can enjoy authentic handmade soba. The soba is thin and goes down smoothly, with a gentle aroma. It pairs well with the dipping sauce, making it pleasant to eat until the end. The chirashi has firm slices, and the balance of the vinegared rice is delightful. The chawanmushi is also smooth and has a comforting deliciousness. The staff were very friendly, and I had a pleasant time.
