As soon as you enter the restaurant, you can hear cheerful voices, and your mood instantly lifts. The freshly fried tonkatsu has a crispy coating, and with every bite, the savory flavor spreads. The meat is very tender and has a sweet richness from the fat, which can be enjoyed with either salt or sauce. The time spent waiting while grinding sesame seeds in a mortar is also enjoyable, as the aroma further stimulates your appetite. You can refill your rice and cabbage, allowing you to savor it until you are completely full. The miso soup and pickles are also carefully made, making it a highly satisfying set meal until the very end.
