The basement food market has a wide variety of products, and just looking at them is exciting. The salmon selection is rich in fat and delicious as expected. The seafood futomaki is also attractive and caught my eye. The ehomaki is adorned with gold leaf, making it visually stunning, and the taste is also very satisfying. The fatty tuna, nodoguro, sweet shrimp, and sea urchin are luxuriously used, giving it a special feel. The mackerel pressed sushi has a perfect balance of firmness and acidity, and when combined with the slightly sweet vinegared rice, it pairs wonderfully with sake.
