The staff at the restaurant are very kind and the atmosphere is comfortable. The vegetable meat rolls come in many varieties, and I've never had anything like them elsewhere... They also have myoga and lotus root, and everything is delicious. The raw liver with garlic chives is carefully prepared after low-temperature cooking. The eggplant and mushroom ohitashi has a gentle, comforting flavor! The scallop carpaccio was beautifully presented and delicious too!
