The thick sauce of the Japanese-style hamburger pairs well with a bit of grated daikon, allowing you to enjoy the texture of the meat. The sweet and sour sauce on the flounder complements the fluffy white fish, while the creamy texture of the eggplant and the crunch of the wood ear mushrooms provide a nice accent. The assorted side dish set in the style of makunouchi has a perfect balance of saltiness, and everything is delicious.
